DLR hosted this virtual panel of apprenticeship sponsors who have created youth apprenticeship programs through the Pathway Partnership Initiative program. Through these programs, students can combine classroom and on-the-job training to explore whether a career field may be the right fit for them.

DLR hosted this virtual panel of apprenticeship sponsors who shared their perspective on being a Registered Apprenticeship Program Sponsor. Industry associations, higher-education institutions, businesses and other workforce intermediaries can be Registered Apprenticeship sponsors.
